| Ramesh Chandak, Director | | | Ramesh Chandak is the Managing Director and CEO of the parent company of SAE Towers, KEC International Limited (KEC), headquartered in Mumbai, India. He is a member of the Management Board of the RPG Group and serves on the boards of Hilltop Infrastructure Inc., USA, Raychem RPG Ltd., and KEC Global FZ LLC, UAE. Mr. Chandak is also President of IEEMA (Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturer’s Association) and currently serves as Chairman of the Transmission Line Division of CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), the Indo-Kazakhstan Business Council and FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry). The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India recognized him as CA Business Leader of the Year in 2008. He is a meritorious Chartered Accountant and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. At KEC, he has led a remarkable turnaround, transforming the company into the largest transmission line construction company in the world. Mr. Chandak has diverse geographical and industry experience. Apart from India, Mr. Chandak has also worked in USA and Malaysia and was associated with the textile, edible oil and engineering industries. | | | | Vimal Kejriwal, President Transmission | | | Vimal Kejriwal is the President of the Transmission Business for KEC International Limited, an RPG Group company. He is an alumnus of the Kellogg School of Management and is a member of ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) and ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India). Mr. Kejriwal has almost three decades of corporate experience, having worked in the pharmaceutical, fertilizer, oil and gas, and investment banking industries prior to joining KEC. After serving for almost four years as KEC’s CFO, he has taken over responsibility for managing KEC’s international business. Mr. Kejriwal is a national merit holder from ICAI and has twice received the Outstanding Achiever Award from the RPG Group. | | | | Vardhan Dharkar, Director | | | Vardhan Dharkar is Chief Financial Officer of KEC International Limited, an RPG Group company. A chartered accountant with rich experience in various areas of finance, Mr. Dharkar commenced a long tenure with Wokhardt Limited (1988-2006) as an Officer in Finance and progressed to become the Vice President, Finance in 2002. Subsequently, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Dabur Pharma Limited. He has been associated with KEC International since 2007. He was recently conferred the award of Best CFO 2009-Infrastructure and Construction Category by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. | | | | Luigi Ruggieri, Director | | | Mr. Ruggieri has over 35 years experience as an executive in the project industry (power lines, heavy engineering, processing plants and infrastructure). Between 1993 and 1998, Mr. Ruggieri was the head of the Power Line Components business globally for ABB, overseeing manufacturing facilities in Europe (Germany, Austria, Italy, and Spain), Asia (India and China), Africa (South Africa, Zimbabwe and Nigeria), Latin America (Mexico, Brazil and Venezuela) and Australia. During his tenure, the Power Lines Division increased revenues from $354 million in 1993 to $667 million in 1998, increasing net earnings by 125% during the same period. Mr. Ruggieri's diverse business experience includes business development, mergers and acquisitions as well as divestitures. Mr. Ruggieri was educated and trained as an engineer and speaks Italian, French, German and Spanish. Mr. Ruggieri is also CEO of the Company. |
