| Luigi Ruggieri, CEO |  | | Mr. Ruggieri has over 35 years experience as an executive in the project industry (power lines, heavy engineering, processing plants and infrastructure). Between 1993 and 1998, Mr. Ruggieri was the head of the Power Line Components business globally for ABB, overseeing manufacturing facilities in Europe (Germany, Austria, Italy, and Spain), Asia (India and China), Africa (South Africa, Zimbabwe and Nigeria), Latin America (Mexico, Brazil and Venezuela) and Australia. During his tenure, the Power Lines Division increased revenues from $354 million in 1993 to $667 million in 1998, increasing net earnings by 125% during the same period. Mr. Ruggieri's diverse business experience includes business development, mergers and acquisitions as well as divestitures. Mr. Ruggieri was educated and trained as an engineer and speaks Italian, French, German and Spanish. Mr. Ruggieri is also a Director of the Company. | | | | Matthew R. Brown, CFO |  | | Mr. Brown has over 15 years of international finance experience in various industry sectors including senior management experience with a multi-national publicly-traded company (annual revenues of $2.3 billion). Mr. Brown's assignments included Executive Vice President, Divisional President, Divisional CFO, Corporate Assistant Controller, Divisional Controller and various expatriate roles. In Mr. Brown's financial posts, he has participated in raising more than $450 million of both debt and equity capital including a secondary public offering, public debt offerings and various bank debt financings. Before Mr. Brown's most recent corporate experience, he worked at Ernst & Young as an Audit Manager. Recently, Mr. Brown owned and successfully built an international services organization operating in nine countries, adding entrepreneurial experience to his resume. Mr. Brown is a CPA and CMA. Miller, P.E., VP, Engineering and Sales |  | | Mr. Miller has over 23 years of experience as an engineer in the design, analysis and testing of high voltage transmission structures. In his previous position as the Senior Structural Engineer with the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), Mr. Miller accumulated extensive experience in latticed steel towers, tubular steel poles, telecommunication structures and substation structures. In 2002, Mr. Miller was instrumental in the design, testing and supply of BPA's infrastructure expansion projects, resulting in 23 new latticed tower types within 23 months. Mr. Miller is a member of ASCE and actively serves on various commItáees for the transmission line industry. In September of 2011, the ASCE/SEI appointed Mr. Miller as the chairperson of the Technical Committee on Electrical Transmission Structures for the term of October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2014. Mr. Miller has a B.S. and M.S. from Portland State University and is a registered professional Civil Engineer in multiple states and provinces across North America. | | | | Geraldo Wagner Vieira, General Manager, Monterrey, México |  | | Mr. Vieira is a mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience in managing large transmission tower and hardware supply contracts as well as transmission line and substation construction contracts. As a senior project manager he was responsible for the EPC project of Tucuruí - Vila do Conde and Tucurí - Presidente Dutra, one of the largest projects ever performed in Brazil with more than 1,200 kilometers of transmission lines and five substations. Mr. Viera is now in charge of Project Management and Planning at SAE Towers Brasil and is responsible for the successful performance of tower and hardware contracts. Mr. Vieira has participated in many contractual negotiations with customers. He has completed ABB's Project Management training programs in Switzerland, Sweden, Germany and Brazil administered by George Washington University and ESI from United States, as well as various management programs at Fundação Dom Cabral in Brazil. He speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English. | | | | Vagner Facin de Araujo, General Manager, Belo Horizonte, Brazil |  | | Mr. Facin de Araujo is an electrical engineer with over 28 years of experience working in the electrical, oil and gas energy industries. He has managed various sectors of the production chain and he has led several key contractual negotiations for significant projects, successfully overseeing the legal and fiscal aspects of projects involving national, bi-national and multi-national enterprises, including Itaipu HVDC Furnas, CEP 213 and 230, and Furnas Itá Garabi I and II Endesa. He has handled many assignments for a variety of ABB business units in Guarulhos and Betim as well as for Quintas & Quintas Group, Elecnor SSo Paulo, and Bredero Shaw. |
