Gus Cedeno, CEO
Gus Cedeno is the CEO for SAE Towers, having joined the organization in August 2015. Gus has spent his career in various leadership positions within the Energy, Power Generation and Oil & Gas industries, including President & CEO for CAT ISO - Joint Venture between EATON Plc and CATERPILLAR Inc.; engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of Paralleling Switchgear Solutions for both stand-by and prime power applications, Regional Vice-President North America for EATON Plc’s Electrical Sector , Latin America Managing Director for Powerware Inc., an Invensys Company, manufacturing Uninterruptable and Telecom Power Systems, General Sales Manager – Wood Group Power, developing Turbomachinery based solutions for the Power Generation and O&G segments, Commercial Director, VP of Technical Services, Business Development Manager, Project Manager and Senior Systems Engineer for VT Group Plc, EPC-Power Generation and Automation solutions provider in the Turbomachinery segment, Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor Compression Plants and T&D for Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA); State owned O&G company. He earned an Executive MBA in International Business from the University of Houston in Texas, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems from the Polytechnic Institute of the Armed Forces in Venezuela. Gus has published several papers for the power industry on the topics of Industrial automation and Turbomachinery controls.
 
Yasaswy Kothari, CFO
Mr. Yasaswy Kothari has more than 15 years of experience in the accounting, finance & consulting services. Prior to transfer to SAE Towers, Mr Kothari has worked as Vice President- Corporate Monitoring in KEC India and as Vice President in the Chairman’s Office of RPG Group. Prior to joining RPG Group, he has worked with Big 4 accounting firms like KPMG & PWC in Senior Positions in the field of accounting, taxation, mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Kothari is an MBA in Finance & Strategy from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a qualified Chartered Accountant.
 
Michael D. Miller, P.E., VP, Engineering
Mr. Miller has over 25 years of experience as an engineer in the design, analysis and testing of high voltage transmission structures. In his previous position as the Senior Structural Engineer with the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), Mr. Miller accumulated extensive experience in latticed steel towers, tubular steel poles, telecommunication structures and substation structures. In 2002, Mr. Miller was instrumental in the design, testing and supply of BPA's infrastructure expansion projects, resulting in 23 new latticed tower types within 23 months. Mr. Miller is a member of ASCE and actively serves on various commItáees for the transmission line industry. In September of 2011, the ASCE/SEI appointed Mr. Miller as the chairperson of the Technical Committee on Electrical Transmission Structures for the term of October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2014. Mr. Miller has a B.S. and M.S. from Portland State University and is a registered professional Civil Engineer in multiple states and provinces across North America.
 
Guillermo Luna, General Manager
Guillermo joined SAE Towers in September 2015, he brings more than 25 years of experience managing businesses in complex industries such as metal finishing, automotive and plastics. Prior to joining SAE Towers he served as Director General of Plami SA de CV, a PVC film manufacturer and was able to transform the company into a top supplier for various industries. Before that he served as Director General of Almexa SA de CV an aluminum sheet manufacturer in Mexico where he led the company transformation into what today is the largest aluminum mill in Latin America, in order to achieve this objective he orchestrated the acquisition of its biggest competitor. He holds an industrial engineering degree as well as an MBA from IPADE in Mexico City.
 
Geraldo Wagner Vieira, General Manager
Mr. Vieira is a mechanical engineer with more than 20 years of experience in managing large transmission tower and hardware supply contracts as well as transmission line and substation construction contracts. As a senior project manager he was responsible for the EPC project of Tucuruí - Vila do Conde and Tucurí - Presidente Dutra, one of the largest projects ever performed in Brazil with more than 1,200 kilometers of transmission lines and five substations. He is now in charge of Project Management and Planning at SAE Towers Brasil and is responsible for the successful performance of towers and hardware contracts. Mr. Vieira has participated in many contractual negotiations with customers. He has completed ABB's Project Management training programs in Switzerland, Sweden, Germany and Brazil given by the George Washington University and ESI from United States, as well as Management programs at Fundação Dom Cabral in Brazil. He speaks Spanish and English. On an interim basis, he served as General Director at SAE Towers Mexico.
