| Mr. Vieira is a mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience in managing large transmission tower and hardware supply contracts as well as transmission line and substation construction contracts. As a senior project manager he was responsible for the EPC project of Tucuruí - Vila do Conde and Tucurí - Presidente Dutra, one of the largest projects ever performed in Brazil with more than 1,200 kilometers of transmission lines and five substations. Mr. Viera is now in charge of Project Management and Planning at SAE Towers Brasil and is responsible for the successful performance of tower and hardware contracts. Mr. Vieira has participated in many contractual negotiations with customers. He has completed ABB's Project Management training programs in Switzerland, Sweden, Germany and Brazil administered by George Washington University and ESI from United States, as well as various management programs at Fundação Dom Cabral in Brazil. He speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English. |

| Mr. Falcon is the current Director of Finance at SAE Towers Mexico. Mr. Falcon has more than 15 years of experience leading work teams to ensure the efficient administration and protection of assets of companies. Mr. Falcon has extensive experience in the metal-mechanical industry, water installation systems, and construction. Mr. Falcon experience includes 9 years as the controller of ABB Power Lines Components (ABB Mexico). Mr. Falcón is a CPA and graduated from The Insituto Politecnico Nacional/Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administracion in Mexico City. |

| Mr. Aguilar is a Civil Engineer, his experience includes design, testing, manufacture and sales of high voltage transmission lattice towers and poles. Mr. Aguilar experience started in 2006 with ABB Power Line Components. He is Marketing and Sales Manager at SAE Towers Mexico, supporting marketing and sales in Mexico and the United States. |

| Mr. Camano is a Civil Engineer and has more than 10 years of experience in the design and engineering of lattice towers, galvanized steel and transmission towers. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Camano was the Manager of Engineering and Design at ABB Power Line Components (Mexico). He also worked for two years as Project Manager for ABB T&D Company Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Camano worked for AEG Mexicana, a company dedicated to the design and construction of steel transmission towers. |

| Mr. Salazar is a mechanical engineer with more than 12 years of experience in the fabrication of transmission towers, substations and transmission poles as well as the assembly of such structures. He began working for SAE Towers México (and its predecessors) in 1998. His work experience includes the implementation of plant quality control systems, health and safety programs, management of environmental certifications, and Six Sigma projects. |

Mr. Rodriguez has more than 12 years of experience in quality control for the metal and metal-mechanical industries. Before joining SAE Towers Mexico, Mr. Rodriguez worked as the APQP Manager for METALSA, a company dedicated to the manufacture of automotive parts. |

From 1998 to 2008, he worked as Purchasing Manager for Magnekon, a fabricator of magnetic wire for transformers, automobile engines and home appliances. Overall, his experience spans more than 15 years and includes such diverse areas such as Finance, Commercial Operations, Marketing and Supply. |
