and was specially designed for the production of structures and hardware, using a U-shaped layout, in order to optimize its efficiency and reduce the total production cycle. With its own structure, SAE also offers complete EPC solutions for transmission lines and substations of up to 1,000kV.
This factory uses CNC machines (Computerized Numerical Control) for processing metal structures and hardware, equipment for aluminum casting and an automated hot-dip galvanizing system.
It also has a modern testing station and laboratories with high-tech equipment for validating new projects.

The manufacturing plant for lattice towers and steel poles in Mexico is located in Monterrey/Nuevo Leon.
SAE TOWERS MEXICO
It features high installed capacity for steel truss towers and poles and full access to global and US steel suppliers, allowing ready availability of angles and plates, in compliance with ASTM A36, ASTM A572, ASTM A588 and ASTM A871 specifications, as well as other specials.
The hot dip galvanizing process is applied in-house at one of the most modern facilities in North America.

R&D in Hardware solutions for LT (AC/DC) and UHV (Ultra High Voltage) Projects
Ultra-high voltage electricity transmission (UHV electricity transmission) is a known challenge, as we participate in virtually all projects in Brazil. R&D is part of our DNA, and we are already moving forward in a coordinated and continuous manner with strategic partners in order to promote innovative and optimized solutions.
Today, we have product lines, hardware and accessories that meet different configurations for alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC), tested in National and International Independent Laboratories, with witnessed tests, translating research into reliable products.
Green hydrogen (H2V) – support in the development of generation infrastructure (Solar PV)
Hydrogen as a fuel is seen as an important part of a carbon-free future, especially from renewable generation.
Since, according to international studies, Brazil has the capacity to produce low-carbon green hydrogen on a scale and at low cost, which makes the use of photovoltaic solar energy essential for consolidation.

As part of the RPG group, and a subsidiary of KEC International, SAE Towers recently introduced VIBRATION DAMPERS, a damping system essential to ensure the safe and efficient operation of power transmission lines. Excessive vibration can cause damage to transmission line components and even interruptions in electrical power supply, making the damping system crucial to the reliability and integrity of the transmission system.
